My stay at PHI Hotel was excellent! The room was pristine, and I really appreciated that the reception was open for late-night check-ins, which is not common in many hotels. The surroundings were tranquil, but I wish it offered more amenities. Overall, it was a great experience considering the comfort and service provided.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel with stunning views of the castle from my room and the terrace. The complimentary breakfast was quite delightful, featuring a great selection of food. However, my room definitely needed some updating as the air conditioning was not working properly, making it quite uncomfortable. Despite some issues, I found the staff very accommodating and kind.
